Ooh that's such a nice nose! Welcoming coal smoke, wooden desk drawers, pinot grigio, and a bit of dusty horse.

Palate is rich and delicious. Mouth-coating hickory smoke and bbq flavors, mildly sweet yet not that tannic, leaving me with a clean yet slightly-smoked mouthfeel that makes me go back for more quickly. It's all delivered at an intensity that's not too much or too little, just right. Excellent stuff!
