n: dried golden fruits (apricots and raisins) with lots of dried papaya and honeysuckle. Deeper is cocoa powder, oak, and fresh red berry jam.
t: new style red berry sweetness from the sherry cask selection - not jammy and dense; more of a red hardcandy sweetness. Finish has a bit of milk chocolate and dried strawberry. Thin mouthfeel, very much a "modern day style" sherried whisky.
