Nose has that honey-mustard thing going on, in of course a bourbon variety. Good amounts of caramel. The palate is quite sweet and goes down really easy. There's almost a malty aspect to this as well, although of course it's not malted (unless someone is keeping a really weird secret). There are some spiritous edges that keep the rating down, but this is nonetheless quite good bourbon at a decent price
