This is a vatting ("marriage") of 2 different recipe Four Roses bourbons, one 10 years and the other 13. Each year they'll be issuing new versions with different selections/combinations of the distillery's 10 different mash bills.  No, we didn't spell the name wrong, they're being fancy and using the French spelling.  Retailed around $76.

I enjoyed a big glass of this yet don't have a lot to say about it -- it's a sweet and somewhat fruity bourbony bourbon, with some very light spice.  A decent cask-strength number that feels cask-strength, the flavor strikes me as basic but solid.

N: Bourbon.  Maybe a bit of carpet foam.

P: Peppery and aggressive, not in a bad way.  Just a solid bourbon with just a pinch of Christmas spices.  Water makes it easier to drink but doesn't really improve the taste otherwise.  Finish isn't too complex, but, hey, bourbon.
