N: Cinnamon buns, butter, raisins, vanilla, traces of oak.   Classic Stitzel-Weller Old Fitz nose, really nice.
P: Velvety, maple syrup, very full and thick, lots of spice.  Rich.
F: Lots of sugar, but then leaves a peculiar burning in the back of the throat.
Besides the odd hotness in the finish, pretty good stuff, this bottle has held up over time.

Nose:  sweet corn with yeasty notes.
Palate:  Mild and sweet to start with, growing heat as it goes down, wheat and chewy oak flavors.  Finishes with the wheat.

Trademark Stitzel-Weller flavors.  Good stuff.  B/B+

Nose of candy cherries, Twizzlers, creamed corn, burnt white paper. A little soy sauce. Kind of "darker" as opposed to the "brighter" bourbons of sharp corn-caramel scents.

Palate is bit flat at first, but then reveals some tasty if unimpressive stuff. Medium-chewy (not as opposed to Big Chewie), medium sweet, and um. . . well a sort of straightforward drinkableness with a lingering bitter-tangy allspice-clove finish.
