N: Honey and oranges.
P: Buttery, very sweet, goes down easy but not too interesting.
F: A little hot, some estery fruit, fades quickly.

Chocolate nose, well-balanced, sweet on the palate. This is very rich, somewhat sweet and chocolate-y, would be enjoyable on a winter night.

Nose: Ah, here we again come across a brand of the "farty" smell.  My old friend.  Here it blends with fragrances of gasoline and fiberglass (like a boat).  None of this is overwhelming, though, and there's some honey and brighter fruity notes as well.  Palate: Interesting.  A bright, fruity, citrusy, tangy number.  Very sweet for a single malt.  Some caramel and honey and hard candies.  I'm liking this.  DW mentioned that he found this one chocolatey, and as soon as I remember that, it's massively apparent: like milk chocolate is woven through.  The farts do make an appearance on some sips, but isn't that variation what we love about single malts?  Finish is as before and longish.  Me likey.  B/B+

TamEwww!  Tthe nose is jolly rancher at the bottom of an old metal garbage can.

Swish it in the mouth and it become something funky and unique.  Emphasis on funky.  I can't place the taste, but I'm guessing it's one of the bottles that you keep under the sink, put a Mr. Yuck sticker on, and lecture your toddler not to drink.  Kudos to Signatory for finding something different.  Some apparently like it.  Not me.

I liked this so much, I schlepped out to W&LD to get a bottle of my own.  Sweet (but not too sweet) and rich on the nose, this tastes great and has a medium caramel finish.  Really nice stuff, and a terrific value.
