Nose of light apples and solvent, with hockey rink and a little ether.  (What, you don't know what a hockey rink smells like?)  Palate is mild and sweet and good, with caramel and chocolate.  A late spice kick moves into the medium-length finish.  This is hot, but it's a sweet, tasty, spicy treat.  Yum!  B+/A-

N: Light, dry white wine, and a little ether.  Reminds me of the good ol' days of ethering rats in the Neuropsych lab.
P: Spice and pepper, lemon, and maybe a little distant peat.
F: Very dry and oaky, some sugar to balance it out>
Not a bad little whisky, but I don't think I'll be running out for more.
