n:  Aged tar on antique wood.

 

p:  White pepper, dates, and funk.  Lively.  Bit of camphor on the finish.  Water doesn't hurt.

N: Sickly sweet syrup and vinegar. Dessert wine, toasted bread, lime and raspberry.

P: Predominately sour on the palate. Salted red plum, dark red gummy candy, strawberry marmalade.

F: Toasty bread with berry jam on the finish
