Nose:  Fruit juice

Palate:  Fruity, oaky with some briny notes

Finish:  Very dry, oaky.

 

Fuji
 

N: Chalk, crushed peanut, walnut, tea and malty bread dough

P: Fruit bowl (Peaches, nectarine, bosc pear) with some staleness

F: Lightly bitter citrus peel

Amber orange color. Funky nose with some wood on the back end. Prickely vanilla on my tongue. Nice draw. B- [Blind - 2/21/14]
