p: Bit harsh and alcoholy. Decent mouthfeel. Whole wheat bread. Classic bourbon cask although this one would have benefited with more time in the wood.
Dry wood, maple syrup, cookie dough and lighter notes of dried tropical fruits. Sweet and tangy taste. Toasted bread. Dry mouthfeel. The finish is very sour and waxy.
Palate is one dimensional. Balance was off, leaning toward sour stuff.
