Nose: Maple syrup, some rye spice
Palate: Sweet with caramel candy, a bit of a plastic note, then rye spice
Finish: Mostly rye

Nice and sweet, the only off note is the slight plastic note at mid-palate, without that, this would be in A- territory.

p:  smooth with a tart finish.

N: Sharper than the Silver Wedding. Old lady's perfume. Little Charbay like quality (slight hoppy character). Light and sweet.

P: Really hot, bitter - the hops become sort of concentrated. Less sweet than the nose. Eh, turned off.

F: Hot, flat and not exciting.

This just never really goes anywhere for me. One dimensional. It seems way too hot for it's abv. Water just flattens the character even more.

N: Wood with a hint of rancio, some apricot.  But ethery and some mildew.

P: Very big, lots of marshmallow and coconut, again a bit musty.

F: Lots of wood spice.

Perhaps if this sat a while the mustiness would subside.
