N: Good dose of spice mixed in with lots of vegetation and sweet berries. Different types of wood: dry bamboo, eucalyptus and oak.
P: Pretty chewy for such a young expression. Its probably because this is a first fill sherry cask. Sherry notes are initially more tart and acidic (sour plums) with herbal and sweet blackberry jam notes revealing themselves later.
N: Nutty sherry, with a minty orange aspect, and quite some woos spice.
P: Orange custard style sherry, very nice, relatively dry which I like. F: Chocolate, with a spicy sing at the end. A very solid effort and a great deal.
