Deep red cola color. The nose is, well, SHERRY. Lots of it. Some cigar butts in the air and even some sour cherry in there. The palate tingles and is wildly quaffable. Some tannins, but not too much. Acid wine notes. Chewy. Really reminds of smoking a cigar. Lovely. A-/A [9/26/14]
Fuji
 
Semi sweet sherry fruit.  Nice toasty quality, like the brown slightly charred areas in pizza crust and fresh croissants.  I didn't take too much time mulling over notes.  It is balanced and delicious.  Very drinkable.
