Mellow buttery and rich nose. Its like olive oil drizzled on warm cinnamon toast. Flowers and white peppers hang out in the back. I get light peat notes alongside some diesel motor oil.  A very  nice nose. Its fairly viscous and oily on the palate as well. The peat which is bright and sharp is present from start to finish. Its initially spicy with peppers and cinnamon. A lot of the grungy diesel /tarry notes dominate and hold this together.  The delicate stuff emerges as you come back to this.  I got flowers, kumquat, and some herbal notes. The finish lingers with some smoke, ash and fudge.

This has a lot going on for something so young. Its fairly smooth at 56.8%. It packs a punch without being too spirity. B/B+
