Nose is quite sweet and nectary, medium smoke, some ham. Palate is also kinda sweet and, yeah there's the smoke. A little bacon joins in the finish, with shiso leaf.
Nice, satisfying sweet smoke. But not unusual or remarkable.
Burning plastic, asphalt, tarmac and all spice. Makes me think of a barn yard (hay stack and old weathered wood). Sweet malty back bone with fresh squeezed lime, vanilla and cracked peppercorn.
