N: Plum sauce, beef jerky, something burnt, but not sure what...  Definitely some wood but well integrated, spicy wood.  Changes on you, now I get some buttery notes, green wood.
P: Strawberry (really), but not fresh, more like a synthetic version, like strawberry Robitussin (do they make that?).   It's actually quite dry but still a massive sherry bomb, which I think is what sets it apart.
F: Has an effervescent quality to it, quite punchy, fruit dessert sauce.
A very unique cask.

WOW is this fantastic. Super-fruity and deeply rich palate, with a spice-crescendo finish that also has a bit of a minty-fresh feeling.  Yeah, that's kind of a typical description of a highly-sherried and very aged single malt, but this is the best embodiment of it. At least, one of the best that I've come across.
