N: Brown sugar, no wait, maple sugar, almost a Tennessee nose.   Really great nose that makes you want to keep sniffing it.
P: A dry attack at first, but blooms into a big sweet flowery spice.  It's not any unique flavor note sets this one apart, it's a pretty middle of the road bourbon.  But the mouth feel is great, very silky, drinks real easy.
F: Not too sweet, not too dry, just right.
A very well rounded and balanced bourbon, they did a nice job in vatting this one together.

Nose offers big whiffs of caramel corn and toffee, bright and bourbony. Smells great.

Palate is  nice drinkin', with a little fiesty-ness to keep it exciting. Finish is lengthy with heat, and a little tinge of smoke (where did that come from?)

It's decent bourbon and I'd be very happy to find this being served at anyone's party or a bar, but it's not quite up to par with the other age-statement whiskies previously issued under the Black Maple Hill label.  And the price is just way too high. Good not great.

Nose:  maple syrup, sweet corn.
Palate:  A bit watery, nice sweet/oak balance but not much in the way of complexity.
Finish:  Very light and fleeting.
