Nose:  Saltwater taffey on the oceanfront.

 

Palate:  Yummy!  Salt, iodine and butterscotch. Peppery.  Rich and strong.  Perhaps too strong.  Peppery Port Ellen?   B+/A-

N: Oysters. Peat. Iodine. Grassy. Chalky
P: Green fruits. Oily melt and peat
F: Light medium finish
